PowerDot 2.0 duo for $ 349: The PowerDot 2.0 muscle stimulator uses neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMEs) and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) to facilitate muscle pain, spasms and even period cramps. You simply attach a reusable pillow (or pillows) to the sore muscle, and the device connects magnetic to the pillow. The accompanying app gives you the power to control the intensity or choose a specific session adapted to your needs. The key is to start low and gradually increase the intensity based on your tolerance. During my first two days of cramps with severe period, I found that the PowerDot provides temporary relief. If you are looking for multiple or larger areas (such as your abdomen), I would recommend the duo version. My beef with this device is that it tends to disconnect the middle session.

Theraface Sleep Mask for $ 99: I tested a few sleep masks, and the Theraface Sleep Mask is one of my favorites. It vibrates with three patterns designed to drop your brain into deeper rest. The associated filling feels soft, and the adjustable tire keeps the mask in place and doesn’t pull my hair, not even when I move around at night. I struggle to stay asleep, but when I wake up in the middle of the night, I just tap the button to start a session, and it usually puts me asleep again. That said, the vibrations are almost too subtle, you hardly feel. You will see that the mask is quite audible and not as calming as a white noise machine, so if you are a light sleeper, it can be a trader.

Theraface Pro for $ 299: The Theraface Pro contains six detachable magnetic heads for cleansing, micro-constant, slaughter massage and LED light therapy-blue light for acne, red light and anti-aging infrared. One wired author tried the luxurious face device and said her skin wash Softer and brighter, but she noted that no studies prove that micro construction is an effective facial treatment. You don’t have to spend $ 400 on a skin care gadget, but if you can afford it and want to spoil yourself-and you won’t use it for a week and then in a drawer forget-it is nice to have a bunch of tools in one.

Theragun Pro 5th Gen for $ 399: Therabody still sells some older generations as well as refurbished models directly. It’s probably still wonderful. You can even find older models on Amazon for sale. Although we have not all tried yet, we think it comes down to the price. Anything older than 2019 or 2020 releases may not be worth it unless the price is shockingly low. This pro came out in 2022, so it’s still a solid device for athletes. If you can find it for sale and not need all the latest updates, you should be satisfied with this one above the Pro Plus.

Theragun Prime 4th Gen for $ 299: We did not test the prime, but based on the specifications it is right in the middle of Theragun’s package. It is probably not best suited for a professional athlete who constantly works their body to the maximum, but for everyday pains and pains it is more than adequate.
